From 2021 to 2024, I paused my career and pursued a master’s degree in Applied Psychology at Tsinghua University in Beijing. There, I researched affective computing, using wearable devices to predict human emotion. In the first year, I couldn’t travel to China due to COVID-19, so I stayed at the Artificial Intelligence Laboratory at Tsukuba University, where I focused on human–computer interaction research.
